Parking is available in the designated public parking lot located directly across from the main Fan Zone entrance, as well as in public parking areas surrounding Trinity Groves.

All parking is available on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved. Availability is not guaranteed, particularly during peak event hours.

To help reduce traffic congestion and ensure a smoother arrival experience, guests are strongly encouraged to carpool, utilize rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft, or use alternative transportation whenever possible.

For the safety and efficiency of all guests, bags brought into the fan zone must be small and subject to inspection upon entry. Bags may not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”, and clear bags are strongly encouraged. Oversized bags, luggage, backpacks, coolers, and any bag deemed unsafe or disruptive may be prohibited at management’s discretion.

All bags are subject to search by security personnel. Guests are encouraged to bring only essential items to expedite entry. Prohibited items discovered during screening must be returned to a vehicle, discarded, or otherwise removed from the premises before admission.

The fan zone is currently scheduled to operate daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the full experience and allow adequate time for entry.

Dallas Fan Zone is designed to offer a social, beer garden-inspired environment with multiple areas for gathering, dining, and watching sports. There are both outdoor and indoor spaces, along with local restaurants onsite to enjoy.

Yes. Dallas Fan Zone is a 21+ venue. Guests must present a valid government-issued ID for entry.

Guests who purchased tickets prior to Dallas Fan Zone's transition to complimentary admission may request a refund directly through Eventbrite. Once the refund request has been submitted, we invite guests to reserve a complimentary ticket for their preferred attendance date.

Re-entry is not permitted. Guests who exit the Fan Zone and wish to return must re-enter through the designated main entrance.

Please note that admission is subject to capacity restrictions. If the Fan Zone has reached capacity at the time of your return, you will be required to wait in the designated entry line until space becomes available.
